I. Hydraulic Oil Hydrolysis Stability Tester ASTM D2619

This Hydrolytic Stability Tester is suitable for testing hydrolytic stability of mineral oil and synthetic hydraulic fluid, as well as evaluating water-based or water emulsified hydraulic fluid.
During the test, the sample, water and copper strip instrument shall be sealed in the pressure resistant glass, and then placed in the oil hydrolytic stability test box at a certain temperature. After rotating for 48 hours in a head to tail manner, the oil-water mixture shall be filtered to determine the insoluble matter, and then the oil and water shall be separated to measure the viscosity, acid value, total acidity of the water layer and the change of the copper strip quality respectively.

II.Main technical characteristics

1.The Hydrolytic Stability Tester adopts Desktop structure, temperature up to 100 ºC;
2.The air guide cooling system automatically starts to dissipate heat when the surface temperature of the instrument is too high;
