IEC 60332-1 ISO 19642.2 Automatic Single Wire Flame Test Apparatus for Cable Testing Machine

Single wire and cable tilting flame tester is generally applicable to road vehicles 60V and 600V single core wire tilt anti-retardant standard,horizontal flame-resistant time standard and international automotive cable standards of low-voltage cables for automobiles unshielded horizontal flame test methods. lt is used for performance assessment of cable under fire conditions.

Test method: Fix the two terminals of the sample, and put it into a metal over with three metal plate surfaces.Light on the blowtorch. Keep the blue inner cone point under sample 50mm away, and connect with the sample. The sample should be 45° tited to the horizontal plane.

1.Control mode: touch screen control, set the test combustion time in the screen. and control the burning time and display the temperature value when the flame temperature is calibrated.
